Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating catering events from start to finish.
• Serve as primary client contact, customize orders and ensure events meet client expectations.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup schedules for orders and rentals.
• Work with culinary and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Maintain a master events calendar and communicate details to stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors for equipment and services to support events.
• Provide on-site assistance to ensure seamless event execution.
