Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a dependable catering assistant to organize, deliver and set up catered foods on time at campus locations. You will use standard catering equipment, follow HACCP guidelines, and maintain presentation quality while coordinating with clients and on-site staff.

The role requires a valid drivers license, a ServSafe or Food Handler certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google programs. A year of catering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year catering/events experience.
• Knowledge of standard catering presentation techniques.
• Ability to operate standard catering equipment safely (knives, ovens, slicers, steamers).
• Valid drivers license and clean MVR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize, deliver, and set up catered foods on time with decor, utensils, and condiments.
• Deliver hot and cold food to on-campus sites using carts and vans.
• Read and organize delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain HACCP program requirements and safety procedures.
