Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a catering delivery and setup associate to operate on campus, delivering and arranging catered foods to client standards. The role requires handling standard catering equipment, maintaining safety practices, and coordinating delivery schedules on a Mon-Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm shift.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of catering experience, Serv Safe or Food Handler certification, and strong customer-service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year catering and/or events experience.
• Knowledge of standard catering presentation techniques.
• Ability to use basic computer programs for inputting menus and data.

Responsibilities

• Organize, deliver, and set up catered foods on time with decor, garnishes, equipment, utensils, and condiments.
• Read and organize delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Safely use standard catering equipment: knives, carts, chafing dishes, sterno, lift gates, risers, etc.
• Implement standard catering presentation techniques and quality control.
• Maintain HACCP program requirements.
• Follow safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
• Assist other catering employees during emergencies or rush periods.
• Accept feedback and work calmly under pressure.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
