Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules and ensures timely delivery and service.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to events.
• Address setup changes and resolve problems with function groups.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and supplies.
