Qualifications

• 1-3 years of invoicing experience.
• Familiarity with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct inquiries professionally.
• Assist with staffing and managing staff on short notice.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
• Process vendor invoices for payment and verify pricing.
• Prepare monthly state claim forms for reimbursement.
• Assist in end-of-month financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of eligible students for free/reduced lunches.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
