Job summary

Jesuit High School Of Tampa is looking for a full-time Building Services Engineer responsible for overseeing campus building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security. The ideal candidate will manage the Building Automation System and coordinate events, ensuring the campus meets the needs of staff and students.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification and project management experience, with a preference for candidates with additional technical certifications. The position offers opportunities to contribute to the school's mission in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification required.
• Minimum three-years of experience in related fields preferred.
• Certification as Electrical and/or Mechanical Technician or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus Building Automation System (BAS) and utility services.
• Coordinate and schedule special events.
• Assist in Operation and Capital Projects.

Skills

Construction and/or Maintenance project management

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience with Access Controls

Experience with CCTV

Experience with Lighting Controls

Education

Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification
