Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years commercial HVAC or related experience.
• Completion of Hines “Introduction to Engineering” training.
• Knowledge of Engineering Assessment Guidelines.
• Ability to read/testing equipment manuals and use tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Adjust equipment to meet operating criteria.
• Maintain building components and logs.
• Participate in water treatment programs.
• Follow emergency procedures and safety policies.
