The Building Services Engineer is responsible for making the campus buildings meet the needs of the staff and students through the implementation and maintenance of all building systems, including mechanical (HVAC and other), electrical, plumbing, and the fire and security alarms. Core responsibilities include managing campus Building Automation System (BAS) and utility services. Duties include scheduling and coordination of special events and assisting in Operation and Capital Projects. This position reports to the Director Operations.
