Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor coaching and modeling exceptional customer service.
• Train and oversee the daily work activity of team members in one or more departments.
• Enforce loss prevention procedures and ensure area is merchandised and operationally sound.
• Assist in daily store operations and act as Manager-on-Duty in absence of manager or at satellite locations.
• Assign work and provide guidance to team members to manage multiple projects and workloads.
• Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
