Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a store associate to work closely with the Department Manager(s) to receive, price, and stock merchandise, ensuring customer needs are met and sales and profits grow. The role supports team members, delivers ongoing training, and steps in as leader on duty when the Store Manager is absent.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise.
• Basic computer skills, including creating and saving text documents and emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs and drive sales and profits.
• Assist team members with completing store work.
• Provide training and education to team members, including compliance training.
• Acts as leader on duty in absence of Store Manager, and handles opening/closing and safety.
