Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of boiler operations and related equipment.
• Knowledge of hydronics and HVAC for institutional sized systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and monitor system performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate high pressure boilers and related equipment in the heating plant.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Central Heating Plant equipment.
• Maintain hydronic heating and cooling systems across campus and ensure HVAC functionality.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on building equipment.
