Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a pitmaster or BBQ cook.
• Knowledge of smoking techniques and fuel selection.
• Ability to monitor temperatures and ensure food safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work near open flames.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable attendance.
• Interest in Genuine Foods' mission to nourish students.

Responsibilities
