HomeWorks Trenton is seeking an emerging professional for the Residential Life Education Fellowship. You will live on campus and help implement a safe, structured residential program for high school scholars, building trusted relationships and offering guidance and accountability.

The fellowship emphasizes growth, coaching, and cross‑functional learning across HomeWorks teams, with a focus on youth development, community engagement, and leadership skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree, current or recent college graduate.
• Experience working with young people in employment, mentoring, volunteering, coaching, schools or similar settings.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Alignment with HomeWorks' mission and values.

Mansioni

• Work directly with high school scholars in a residential program.
• Build relationships with scholars while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability to scholars.
• Support scholars' development in independence, leadership, academics and life skills.
• Assist with residential programming, community meetings, and traditions.
• Ensure scholars are present and prepared for school and activities.
