• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in product/ program management in relevant industries.
• Experience managing remote employees is desired; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy and drive profitability; manage program P&L in partnership with Academic leadership.
• Develop market opportunities through consumer insights and market research.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, enrollment, and marketing to drive growth and ROI.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives and academic standards.
