Responsibilities

• Sets up bars and stocks beverages and supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnishes; ensures quality of perishables.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders.
• Mixes, garnishes and serves drinks per recipes; controls portions.
• Checks IDs and enforces liquor laws.
• Handles cash, processes payments and records charges.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; secures bottles and cash.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
