Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars, stocks beverages, garnishes, glassware, and condiments; maintains stock and cleanliness.
• Greets guests, takes and processes drink orders, prepares drinks, and ensures correct charges.
