Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Greets guests, takes orders, mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks guest IDs and ensures responsible alcohol service.
