Job summary

Compass Group USA on campus is seeking on-call Bartender to prepare and serve beverages in the campus bar area. The role requires prior ramp certification and bartending experience, and involves adhering to liquor regulations while providing friendly, timely service.

You will work an on-call schedule with variable days and hours; compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour and online applications are accepted only. Benefits are available to full-time and part-time associates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area.
• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Maintains garnishes, glassware, ice and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests courteously and process drink orders accurately.
• Locks up and stores beverage products and cash, and secures the bar area.
• Performs cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
