Sodexo at Stevenson University’s Owings Mills campus is hiring a Barista to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional service to students, faculty, and guests.

You’ll operate café stations, manage orders, handle cash, and maintain clean, inviting service areas while following food safety standards. The position requires flexible hours and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems preferred.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests with quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Prepares and serves beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.) per customer specs.
• Maintains speedy delivery of beverages and food items.
• Educates guests about menu offerings and suggests additional items.
• Sets up and tidies coffee bar and supplies for display.
