Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Barista to provide exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality beverages. You will greet guests, prepare coffee and related drinks, and ensure a clean, welcoming coffee bar environment.

The role involves cash handling, shift work, and potential certification requirements. Responsibilities include thoughtful service, menu education, and maintaining efficient operations during varying mornings and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control is helpful.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Brews and serves hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.) with customization.
• Maintains hygiene and organization of the coffee bar and preparation areas.
• Records sales, handles cash, and operates the cash register.
• Attends scheduled shifts on time and adapts to rotating weekends.
• Supports upselling and menu education to guests.
