Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled bartender to join our collegiate team in New York, NY. You will mix and serve beverages, assist with meal service, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced campus setting.

The role requires strong communication and recipe memory, with duties covering front and back-of-house beverage stations and food service as needed. Onsite hours in a part-time capacity are available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.

Responsibilities

• Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
• Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Performing food service as needed.
• Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
