Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled bartender for a part-time role at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York, NY. You will mix and serve beverages, assist with meal service, and uphold front-and-back-of-house operations in a collegiate dining setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Set up and break down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Perform food service as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service by describing and recommending menu items.
