Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled bartender for a part-time role at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York, NY. You will mix and serve beverages, assist with meal service, and uphold front-and-back-of-house operations in a collegiate dining setting.

You must be 18+, with strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to memorize cocktail recipes. Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, with benefits listed for full-time staff where applicable.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a skilled, motivated bartender to join our collegiate team in New York, NY. As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing:

• Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
• Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Performing food service as needed.
• Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
