Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an energetic baker to join our campus kitchen at the University of Wisconsin – Parkside. You will prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily, following standardized recipes and quality controls.

As part of the team, you will maintain equipment cleanliness, manage inventory, and collaborate with campus dining staff to ensure timely, accurate product delivery and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.

Responsibilities
