Requirements include 3 years of baking experience in a high-volume environment and catering experience. Compensation starts at $18.00/hour, with full-time benefits and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior baking experience in a high-volume operation, including catering.
• Ability to bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Capable of maintaining sanitation, safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards with proper equipment.
• Maintain production records: waste, used/unused portions and shortages.
• Ensure proper presentation, temperature, and portion control of foods.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized; handle food safely per regulations.
• Assist with peak production and service efficiently during shifts.
• Interact with customers and relay concerns to supervisors.
