Qualifications

• Baking experience is preferred, willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and proper equipment use.
• Keep records for waste and shortages and inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Follow safety standards and complete shifts in a timely manner.
