• Prior large-scale baking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and area.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
