Job summary

Clevanoo LLC seeks an AV Manager to oversee audio visual technology, systems, projects, and staff across a higher education campus. You will lead AV operations, coordinate classroom and campus event support, and work with vendors to ensure reliable presentations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, purchasing, and lifecycle management; supervising technicians and student staff; and designing AV systems and infrastructure plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years AV leadership experience required.
• Experience with Crestron, Q-SYS, Dante, Allen & Heath/SQ5 or similar.
• Experience in higher education, corporate, or event AV environments.
• Knowledge of audio/video recording and macOS production software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom and conference room AV technology, budgeting, purchasing, repairs, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate AV setup and technical support for meetings, presentations, and campus events.
• Manage AV tickets and projects through ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate AV technicians and student staff.
• Design and oversee audiovisual systems, infrastructure planning, and technology upgrades.
• Evaluate AV technologies and make vendor and purchasing recommendations.
• Manage vendors and coordinate ordering, installation, and project schedules.
• Develop short- and long-term AV technology plans and prioritize projects.
• Troubleshoot complex AV issues and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Stay current with AV technology trends and provide after-hours event support.
