Grand Canyon University Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Low Voltage AV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot cabling, displays, projectors, speakers, and broadcast-related gear across classrooms, offices, events, and campus facilities.

You will pull and terminate Cat6 and video cables, rack and integrate network equipment, mount LED displays, and support moves and event setups. Strong problem-solving, manual dexterity, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in a low voltage/AV environment.
Experience with installation, termination, and testing.
Comfort with ladders/scaffolding and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform testing on low voltage cabling and AV gear.
Pull and terminate cables through walls, ceilings, and structures.
Rack and integrate network switches, amps, PSU, and UPS units.
Mount TVs, projectors, screens, and speakers in classrooms and offices.
Assist with office moves and event setups with broadcast needs.
Adhere to safety and quality codes.
