Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office; Mac experience a plus.
  • Strong customer service and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, maintain and repair classroom AV equipment.
  • Record meetings and presentations; support videoconferences and distance learning.
  • Coordinate student workers and schedules for office coverage.
  • Assist with new technologies, equipment and training in video services.
  • Troubleshoot AV systems and related networked devices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
