Job summary

Clayton State University seeks an experienced Audiovisual Professional Lead to support campus teaching, learning, collaboration, and events. Reporting to the Audiovisual Services Manager, this role ensures reliable AV performance and high-quality student, faculty, and guest support.

The position covers installation, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of classroom, conference, and event AV technologies, with responsibilities across video streaming, hybrid events, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
Experience supporting audiovisual technologies in higher education, corporate, or event environments.
Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related collaboration technologies.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, repair, and upgrade audiovisual systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and venues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and integration issues affecting AV services.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user satisfaction.
Maintain inventories, asset records, standards, and documentation.
