Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate student-focused events such as forums, town halls, workshops, and campaigns to promote advocacy and inclusivity
• Assist with proctored tests if necessary
• Collaborate with campus departments and student organizations to ensure broad participation and shared goals in advocacy initiatives
• Develop promotional materials and social media content to increase student awareness and attendance at advocacy-related events
• Gather student feedback through surveys, focus groups, or informal outreach to guide event planning and advocacy efforts
• Serve as a liaison between students and administration, presenting student perspectives on key issues and initiatives
• Track and report event outcomes including attendance and engagement to improve future programming
• Promote inclusivity and accessibility in all events and engagement strategies
