Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health programs on a full-time campus-based role in San Jose, CA. The position involves high-volume outbound calls, interviews, and guiding prospects from interest to enrollment.

You’ll document activities in Nexus/CampusVue, conduct interviews, and help candidates understand program paths and outcomes. Prior admissions or healthcare recruitment experience is preferred, with strong presentation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students
• Make 100–150 outbound daily calls to assess interest and schedule admissions interviews
• Conduct consultative interviews presenting program options and outcomes
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and collect admissions documents
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in the CRM systems
