Job summary

UEI College in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to support the Director of Admissions by staffing, training, and guiding the campus Admissions Team to enroll qualified students.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales or customer service, understanding of the admissions process, and strong communication; we offer a fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1 year prior post-secondary education experience required.
• Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to coach and manage a team

Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, accreditor standards, and policies related to student enrollment.
• Recruit, train and develop admissions professionals.
• Develop referrals and personal leads.
• Assist in lead distribution to Admissions Team.
• Monitor daily/weekly activities of Admissions Team to meet objectives.
• Conduct second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
• Motivate the Admissions Team to meet objectives with high ethical standards.
• Help manage compliance with the student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews.
• Meet or exceed enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
