Job summary

UEI College in Dallas is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to support the Director in staffing, training and managing the campus Admissions Team. You will facilitate the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission.

Essential duties include recruiting, training and developing admissions professionals, managing lead distribution, and monitoring activities to meet enrollment objectives while upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1 year of prior post-secondary education experience.
• Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving.
• Ability to coach and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Complying with federal and state laws and accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
• Recruiting, training and developing highly talented admissions professionals.
• Developing referrals and personal leads.
• Assisting in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team.
• Working with Director of Admissions in monitoring daily/weekly activities to meet objectives.
• Conducting second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
• Motivating the Admissions Team to meet its objectives with the highest ethical standards.
• Helping manage the student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews.
• Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
