Job summary

University of La Verne is seeking a part-time Student Advertising Coordinator to act as the liaison between external advertising vendors and internal teams, coordinating ad placements for Campus Times and La Verne Magazine.

You will handle inquiries, manage invoices, and keep detailed records, working closely with the Journalism Operations Manager to ensure timely ads and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a self-starter, highly-motivated, responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel and have strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person between external advertising vendors and internal ad customers.
• Coordinate with the Communications Department to ensure ads run on schedule.
• Process, print and submit monthly invoices for ads.
• Submit completed invoices to the Department Coordinator monthly.
• Maintain records of conversations, ad specifics and agreements.
• Meet monthly with Operations Manager to update on new advertising.
