Qualifications

• Maintains and reviews general ledger entries and related financial data.
• Performs reconciliations across multiple funds and accounts.
• Supports accounts payable processing and vendor documentation.
• Assists budget development and monitoring for departmental funds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for assigned functions including cash, receivable, and other funds.
• Reconcile cash accounts and vendor balances; review revenue and expenses.
• Assist budget development for categorical, special, and general funds.
• Ensure compliance with fund requirements and proper journal entries to the general ledger.
• Provide support for audits and prepares financial documentation.
