Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent with a major in accounting; or five years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising accounting staff and coordinating with the CFO.
• Ability to develop and enforce policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting staff and daily finance operations.
• Coordinate payroll, pension and benefits transactions with HR.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors and senior leadership on financial projects.
