Job summary

General RV Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Parts & Customer Service Associate to support the parts department, deliver RV demonstrations, and ensure outstanding customer experience in-store and during service work orders.

You will educate customers on accessories, assist in parts selection, maintain organized inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Service and Parts leadership to support operations and delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.
• Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product-based industries is preferred but not required.
• Experience explaining technical products or systems to customers in a clear and professional manner is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
