Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily merchandising, inventory control and customer service under the supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager.

You will direct staff, schedule, train, and coach to deliver a legendary shopping experience, maintain plan-o-grams, and support sales and margins while upholding company policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Support departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Prepare to-do / task lists.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience for customers.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; coordinate training; schedule and coach.
