Bass Pro Shops in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Camping Team Lead who will direct department associates in merchandising, customer service, and daily operations to drive sales and showroom standards.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, coordinate events, and uphold pricing, inventory and UPC integrity while delivering a legendary customer experience. This role requires 2–4 years of retail experience with supervisory exposure; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Directs department associates; merchandises and staffs the department.
• Assists with pricing, inventory control and customer service.
• Coaches staff, plans schedules, and participates in interviewing.
