Job summary

KCN seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle the general maintenance and upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. You will report to the General Manager.

Duties include basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintaining pool, lawn, landscaping and other campground systems. You will provide courteous guest service, report issues to management, and may assist with housekeeping or guest services as needed; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
• Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds.
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs including pool, lawn, landscaping and garbage.
• Follow safety programs for equipment, chemicals and storage.
• Provide courteous guest service by being attentive and responsive to guests.
• This may include assisting with Housekeeping or Guest Services duties as needed.
