Job summary

KCN, an outdoor hospitality investment and management company, seeks a Campground Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. Reports to the General Manager.

Duties include basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs; maintenance programs for pool, lawn, landscaping and more; safety compliance; and delivering courteous guest service. Role may include housekeeping/guest services as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
• Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campground buildings, facilities and grounds per directions.
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs.
• Comply with safety programs and store/operate equipment, tools and chemicals safely.
• Provide attentive, responsive guest service and report issues to management.
• Assist with housekeeping or guest services as needed.
