Zusammenfassung

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a Maintenance Worker to ensure campground buildings, facilities and grounds are well‑maintained and fully operational. You will perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and execute regular maintenance programs across pools, landscaping, laundry, propane pumping and game machines.

Responsibilities include following safety standards, responding to guest needs, and collaborating with the manager and team.

Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
• Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.

Aufgaben

• Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s).
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as instituted by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s), including the pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick‑up, propane pumping, game machine, laundry servicing and various other campground equipment upkeep.
• Comply with all KOA, federal, state and local safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground customers.
• Provide superior customer service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests' needs. Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s).
