Job summary

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a Work Camper for maintenance and grounds to support upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment and outdoor areas. You will report to the General Manager and work with the Campground Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires basic skills in carpentry, electrical and plumbing, as well as a valid driver’s license and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays. You may assist with housekeeping or guest services as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
• Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling and usage.
• Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campground buildings, facilities and grounds; perform basic repairs as directed.
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Provide attentive, helpful guest service and report issues to management.
• Support housekeeping or guest services as needed.
