Job summary

KCN, an outdoor hospitality company operating campground properties, is hiring a Work Camper - Housekeeper to keep the campground and accommodations clean and guest-ready. You will follow established cleaning programs, handle lost-and-found items, and ensure safety protocols are followed while delivering friendly guest service across all areas.

Reports to the General Manager. Role requires ability to work in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a golf cart for property

Qualifications

• Basic reading abilities required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures including chemicals and handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs for assigned buildings and facilities.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow safety procedures.
• Provide excellent guest service with a friendly attitude.
• Report damaged items and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional appearance and KOA uniform.
