Job summary

Plante Moran, PLLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute multi-channel campaigns, content creation, and event strategies across industry verticals. You will work with a cross-functional marketing team and external partners to launch experiential and digital tactics.

In this collaborative role, you will manage campaigns in CRM and Marketo, support event execution, and track results to improve future performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or other related subject area.
Requires at least 1 year of marketing experience, including internships/volunteer work.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team player and collaborator.
Working knowledge of common software applications and digital tools (MS Office, Teams, Marketo, CRM).
Experience with CRM and marketing automation software is a plus; limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate task execution using marketing technologies and PM tools.
Aide in planning and execution around events and sponsorships from initiation to reporting.
Maintain relationships with external partners and associations as a point of contact for assigned areas.
Negotiate sponsorship benefits and manage activation/renewal of programs.
Support content creation for campaigns and write/edit promotional copy.
