Plante Moran’s Go to Market team seeks a Marketing Coordinator to execute campaigns, content and events across industry and service line verticals. You will be the point of contact for assigned campaigns, creating content and activating programs with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

This role supports multi‑channel campaigns, tracks performance, and facilitates CRM/Marketo communications. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and at least 1 year of experience are

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Requires at least 1 year of marketing experience, including internships/volunteer work.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player and collaborator.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, ON24, Marketo, Adobe Workfront, Dynamics.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation is a plus.
• Limited travel is required.

Aufgaben

• Partner with marketing teammates and stakeholders to execute assigned programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate tasks using marketing tech and project management tools.
• Assist in planning events and sponsorships from initiation to reporting.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and associations.
• Negotiate sponsorship benefits and manage activation/renewals.
• Create and edit content for campaigns (ads, social, email) and select visuals.
• Support multi‑channel campaigns to engage audiences and drive demand.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for future efforts.
• Distribute digital communications via CRM/Marketo and manage lists.
• Train staff on CRM usage to support practice development.
• Traffic workflows for marketing collateral and approvals.
