Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is seeking a meticulous Production Artist to carry campaigns from approved concept to final assets across display, video, and print. This role emphasizes building scalable systems, component libraries, and QA to prevent errors before delivery.

Remote-first with occasional in-person collaboration near Norfolk, VA and Raleigh, NC. You will craft standardized assets, align with art directors, and push for efficient, repeatable production workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of production design experience, agency setting preferred.
• Deep proficiency in Figma with components, variants, auto-layout and tokens.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Thorough understanding of print production processes and vendor specs.
• Solid typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at high volume.

Responsibilities

• Build out display advertising sets across sizes and platforms.
• Adapt campaign creative across web, social, email, print, OOH, video end frames.
• Produce localized variants while maintaining master consistency.
• Version, name and archive files with consistent conventions.
• Build and maintain reusable Figma libraries and tokens.
• Partner with developers on handoff: specs, exports, redlines, packaging.
• Preflight and QA every file leaving the building.
• Prepare digital assets to spec: file weight, format, accessibility.
