Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is seeking an experienced Producer to lead integrated projects from kickoff through delivery. You will be the strategic bridge between client needs and our creative, development, and media teams, owning scope, budget, and client relationships.

The role requires agency experience, hands-on production oversight, and the ability to work across video, digital, print, and campaigns with autonomy and direct access to principals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of production or project management experience in an agency or comparable environment.
• Fluency in digital/web, video/broadcast, or print production.
• Experience authoring estimates, scopes of work, and detailed schedules.
• Knowledge of design and development processes to scope credibly.
• Pre-production and on-set leadership experience.
• Strong command of project management tools (Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Practical fluency with AI tools and the ability to write precise prompts, with human judgment for when to apply AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel projects across video, digital, print, social, and OOH, from single-deliverable requests to integrated campaigns.
• Own website builds with IA, content workflow, QA, and launch in partnership with development.
• Lead video productions end-to-end: pre-production, crew booking, talent, locations, on-set leadership, post workflow.
• Sequence deliverables to align with media flight dates for timely delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, set expectations, and lead status calls with clients and vendors.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule; document change orders and communicate them before work proceeds.
